The product(s) purchased from our website can be returned or exchanged within 5 days of the receiving date of the purchased product(s). If, in any case, 5 days have passed from the receiving date of the purchased product(s), we do not offer any option either for return or for exchange.
The product(s) can only be exchanged for the same product(s) and not for any other product(s).
Eligibility Criteria
The product(s) can be returned or exchanged in case you receive damaged, broken, or wrong product(s).
In such cases, a picture of the damaged, broken, or wrong product(s) must be sent to hanuman.universe999@gmail.com or to our WhatsApp number: +91 9953803989 within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), along with the desired remedy (return or exchange).
Furthermore, the product(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received, along with the original packaging.
Shipping
Once the return or exchange is approved, we will arrange for a pick-up of the product(s).
Refund (if applicable)
Once your returned/exchanged product(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned/exchanged product(s).
We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be refunded to your bank account or wallet, depending on the original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
If the payment was made using the COD method, please share your account details at hanuman.universe999@gmail.com for refund processing.
In case we find that the returned product(s) has been used, the refund will not be initiated, and the product(s) will be reshipped to the address provided at the time of order.
If you do not accept the reshipped product(s), you will still not be eligible for a refund, and HanuVerse will not be liable in this regard.
Late Refund (if applicable)
It usually takes 7–21 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account. If you do not receive the refund within this period, kindly check with your bank.
