Terms of Service

Welcome to HanuVerse. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read them carefully.


Returns & Exchanges

Products purchased from our website can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of the receiving date.
Note: After 3 days from the receiving date, no return or exchange will be accepted.


Exchange Policy

  • Products can only be exchanged for the same item.
     
  • No exchange is allowed for a different product.
     

Eligibility Criteria for Return/Exchange

You are eligible for a return or exchange only if:

  • You received a damaged, broken, or incorrect product.
     

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Send a clear photo of the product(s) in question to
    hanuman.universe999@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 9953803989
     
  • Do this within 48 hours of receiving the product(s)
     
  • Mention whether you want a return or an exchange
     

Condition Requirements:

  • The product(s) must be unused
     
  • The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as received
     

Shipping for Returns/Exchanges

Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup of the product(s).


Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned/exchanged product(s), you will receive an email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be initiated to your bank account or wallet, depending on your original payment method.
     
  • If the order was placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), please email your bank details to hanuman.universe999@gmail.com for processing.
     

Important:

If the returned item is found to be used:

  • No refund will be processed.
     
  • The product will be shipped back to your original delivery address.
     
  • If you refuse to accept the reshipped item, you will still be ineligible for a refund, and we will hold no further responsibility.
     

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds usually take 7–21 working days to reflect in your account.
If the refund hasn’t been received:


  1. Recheck your bank account.
     
  2. Contact your bank for any delays.
